Selling on autopilot with a kiosk
A self-service kiosk can be a lifesaver during the rush, or any time you want to run leaner on staff. Guests browse the menu at their own pace, order what they want, pay, and you can focus on the floor.
Kiosk screens are included in every 20Tabs plan. You can spin one up under Devices in the back office.

Setting up the kiosk
Once you’ve added a kiosk device in the back office, log in on the device and pick that kiosk from the list.
What hardware to use
20Tabs runs on both new kit and equipment you already own. For the smoothest kiosk experience, we recommend hardware with Tap to Pay built in. That way guests can order and pay on the same device, with no separate card terminal in the loop.
