Posting to hotel rooms with Mews

The Mews integration smooths out hotel operations by syncing revenue categories and guest details automatically. The moment a guest checks in, their name shows up next to their room number inside 20Tabs.

Charging to a hotel room

1. Open the bill for the table or guest
2. If the bill is already tied to a room, just hit Post to room and 20Tabs handles the rest
3. If the bill is tied to a table, tap Move, then Assign to link it to the right room, then tap Post to room

Connecting Mews

1. Open the Mews Marketplace from the menu icon in the top-left of Mews
2. Go to Point of Sale
3. Search for 20Tabs and click Explore
4. Click Connect integration

20Tabs runs a quick check to make sure everything is in order, then switches the integration on.
