Products

Products are the bedrock of your POS. Product management is the first button in the back office.

A few things to get right when adding products

Revenue category Pick the right revenue category. This matters later when you run reports. See Revenue categories.

Preparation station If a product needs to be made somewhere, link it to the right preparation station. See Preparation stations.

Exclude from discounts Tick this if the product should never be touched by any discount rule.

Course Sets when the item is called away. Course 0 fires straight away; the rest are called in order. You decide how many courses your service runs with.

Options Set up modifiers for the product, like a choice of bread, an extra shot, a side swap, that kind of thing.
